The outdoors has always been a passion for Stan . He started running a trap line after school during his high school years and bird hunting at the age of 14, gradually working up to hunting whitetail deer and bear. Stan is a Life Member of Whitetails Unlimited and has been the Chairman of Mason Country Whitetails Unlimited Banquet for the past 10 years. He is also a long time member of the National Rifle Association, and Ducks Unlimited.
Stan is a graduate of the Realtors Institute earning a G.R.I. Designation and also a graduate of the University of Michigan, earning a Real Estate Alumnus of Michigan designation, or R.A.M. designation and he also has a C.R.S. designation. He is a former Marine, serving in South East Asia as a Helicopter Crew Chief, with Marine Air Group-16, 1st. Marine Air Wing. Stan and his wife Dee, of 41 years, have owned and operated a small farm here in the Ludington, MI. area for almost 40 years.
